Program Install In Non-Administrator Login

How do I install a new program in a non-administrator Log In Account?
XX won't let me do this.

Log in as the administrator if there are no rights to install as a user. If
you aren't the admin ask them to do it.
 
I figured it out. I logged in as admisnistrator, gave the the other log in
name administrator rights, installed the program and the reset the access
rights.
