I just installed Microsoft's AntiSpyware. The first time
I scanned my system, it detected 3 items. I clicked to
remove them all, but it just removed one and ignored the
other two. I've tried to remove the last two items a few
times, but it continues to ignore them. Under the name
of the spyware, it just says "()" and the threat level is
high.
Please help! Is there anything I can do?
