Feedback: Ignore should mean ignore.

In our corporate environment, we have TightVNC installed
on all our workstations. This allows our small IT
department to provide troubleshooting / support to users
even in other cities.

Microsoft AntiSpyware rightly classifies TightVNC as
spyware, moderate threat. Since we are the ones to
installed it, we can safely ignore it, and set the
software to do so. But on summary screens and scans, it
still announces that threats have been detected and
ignored. This would just confuse our end users if we
were to roll out AntiSpyware to our workstations.

My suggestion: If 'Always Ignore' has been set for a
certain threat found, the software would then not even
show it as having been detected.

Microsoft has clearly stated that this beta1 product is not suitable for
either an Enterprise environment (it allows the users to block
administrative scripts) nor for production equipment.

I would expect that an enterprise version of Microsoft Antispyware, which
Microsoft has said they will produce (but without further timeline or
details available)--should have the kind of facility you mention here. I
agree that it is a reasonable design choice for a managed environment.
