Program Files' folder for SyncToy opens at startup.

I've just installed the SyncToy PowerToy and at every startup or restart the
program folder automatically opens. I've tried reinstalling without success.

Download Startup Tracker application from this page:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_starttrack.htm

Launch the program, and click the "View log" button. Post the contents of
the log file here.

Note: No need to post the following sections:

-- Running Processes --
-- Running Services --
