I have all my users current on roaming profiles and my
boss what it change to local. I do not want go machin to
machine and change it. Is there an easy way to this from
the ADS. If so please give me the steps thank you

OT, but what's the reason your boss wants to change from roaming to local?
Sounds like a major downgrade to me. If you're having problems with profiles
being too large, do the following:

Redirect My Documents to the user's home directory
Tell people not to store files on their desktops
Redirect the IE cache to c:\temp

In user properties, clear the Profile path field for each
user. I have the dialog image on a web page at
