Transfering User registry information without roaming profiles

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible or how could you
transfer users registry information throughout an active
directory environment without using roaming profiles.

Essentially what I want is to save user's HK_CU registry
branch from the registry so all the changes are made to a
server and transfer this branch for the same user to
another machine next time the user logs. Roaming profiles
did this but my customer does not want to enable roaming
profiles because they say active directory handles all
other features once provided by roaming profiles.

How about enabling roaming profiles for a short time to accomplish the move?

Other than that - the registry keys are all in a single file called ntuser.dat
in the user profile - if you are not logged on as the user - you could simply
copy that between profiles on PC's - but I don't think that's supported and
you may get problems - so I'd certainly keep copies of original files...
