C:\windows\profiles\index.dat unable to open
C:\windows\profiles\polly unable to open
when I do my backup my business info onto my zip drive I get this error and
cannot use the disk to restore to my computer
could someone help
 
Hi Polly,

You are having this problem in WinXP? Those look like Win9x profile folders.
Generally, in Win9x, you cannot copy a folder that is in use, so if you are
logged into that profile you cannot copy the profile folder.
