Profiles in Outlook 2003

I have 2 profiles in Outlook 2003 and Have to select one each time outlook
starts. Is it possible to somehow have different shortcuts or even a
script that each user can use to access their own profile without the need
to select it as outlook starts?

I know I can set 1 profile as default, but that doesn't help the other
user.

I think you can create a shortcut for each user with a command line like:

Outlook.exe /profile profilename
