Profile Corrupt Help!!!

I received this message and don't no what to do

DETAIL - An I/O operation initiated by the registry failed unrecoverably.
The registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that
contain the system's image of the registry.

I tried to load my profile and this occured. I was using my profile just
hours before and did nothing unusual on it. What do i Do?
