Product Suggestion

How do I submit a product suggestion to Microsoft?
Specifically, I have an idea for a new game pad for windows and Xbox 360.

I tried looking through the Microsoft.com but if there is a way there it’s
the needle in a huge haystack.

If you value your design, and expect to make anything from it, get a
patent, at the very least applied for first, then do the marketing. If
it is a good design and others start making it, you have no protection
from them having their way with your design without legal documentation.
