I just bought a new computer and need to get my product registration key for
ms office 2003 that i've already purchased. It was on my old computer and it
isn't working. The software was pre-installed but I registered with
Microsoft. Anyway to get them to send me this registration key? Anyone, any
ideas. Thanks Paul

If the Office software was pre-installed on your old computer, which
seems to be what you're saying, that means that you had an OEM license,
which was good only on the original computer. OEM licenses, once
installed, are not transferable to another computer, under any circumstance.
