My computer recently crashed and I replaced my hard drive. I have Access
2002 and can't load it on my new drive. I purchased Access 2002 as an
upgrade. Is there a way I can load Access by modifying my product
registration key? When I try to load the program the message states I don't
have a qualifying product. I also have MS office student version on my
computer. Any suggestions?

Hi DRKENNE,

To have purchased Access 2002 as an upgrade you must have had a qualifying
product. Install that product again now then apply the upgrade.

Contact Microsoft directly. They have provisions for cases like this;
you need some evidence that you HAVE owned a qualifying product. It's
not obligatory to have it on your disk.
