Product Key Duplication

I have 12 systems with Windows XP and 12 Poduct Keys. By
mistake all 12 systems share 1 Product Key. Is there a way
I can change the Product Key without re-instaling?

Were these systems setup from the factory? If so, it is likely the generic
key they were installed with.
