I BOUGHT OFFICE W/ PUBLISHER 2002 ABOUT A YR AGO.
I LOST THE COMPUTOP IT WAS INSTALLED ON.
I HAVEN'T HAD A COMPUTOR TILL NOW.
I HAVE MY INSTALLATION CD'S AND MY PRODUCT KEYS , BUT
PART OF THE NUMBERS ARE SMUGGED AND I CAN'T GET THE
NUMBERS RIGHT ON THE INSTALL

First of all, please unstick your CapsLock key. Posting in all
upper case lettering, as you have done, is the Usenet equivalent of
shouting, and is considered very rude by many people. More
importantly, posting in all upper case makes the post very hard to
read, further reducing your chances of getting help.

Secondly, how does one "lose" a computer? It's not as if it could
move around by itself.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

If it was an OEM license, it cannot legitimately be transferred to
a new computer, so the issue is moot.
