processer always working?!?

Can some body help me...my pc keeps churning away, every 5 seconds or
so...even when its not doing any thing..its driving me crazy! thanks
 
May be a service causing that such as print spooler. In Task Manager monitor
your services. When the fan cycles up stop a service. Start with print
spooler for instance. If that doesn't work try another one. If it's a service
you'll be able to run it down this way. Be sure and do online malware checks
first.
