I have the check boxes selected to move read receipts to my deleted items
folder, but it isn't working. All read receipts remain in my inbox. Any
suggestions?

Are they processing? Look on the message you requested the receipts for -
are they listed on the tracking tab? If not, do they process if you open
them? If not, are they being returned as plain text messages or TNEF read
receipts? (ones from internet accounts are often munged and won't process -
ones form an internal exchange server should always process).

Some of them have processed, some of them haven't. If I open a specific
receipt in my inbox, and then close it, it does automatically delete it. But
the person from whom I open the receipt doesn't show up on the tracking tab.

The original message was emailed to our company email list.

After about two minutes, the receipts that I opened do show up on the
tracking tab. Will I have to open each receipt in order for it to process and
track?
