process slows down pc

sometimes my pc becomes very slow, when a file called HelpSVC.exe runs
it uses cpu and hard drive almost at 100%
how can stop running the process again and again
as i understand, it is collecting some information about my pc. WHY??

You probably have a parasite in your system, in the
Taskmanager\Processes select
HelpSVC.exe and end task, then do the following:

Go to Control Panel\Internet Options\General\Temporary Internet Files and
click on Delete Cookies and Delete Files.

Update your antivirus,

Update your Windows XP Operating System,

Enable the Internet Connection Firewall,

Download Adaware 6 from www.lavasoftusa.com

Download Spy-Bot Serarch & Destroy from www.safernetworking.com

If Adaware or Spybot don't find the location of HelpSVC.exe or detect it as
spyware, download these other programs.
