I am trying to capture some performance data on a server
but I found that the Process performance object is
missing in perfmon.

Is there any way to add the Process performance object
into perfmon?

Thanks,
Joe Miano

You can Add/Remove them by regedit, but it's much easier to use exctrlst.exe
(Extensible Counter Listing Tool) from the resource kit to enable/ disable
the counters.

Yes.. I've seen this tool before, however it doesnt tell
me exactly what dll is associated with the Process
object. Does anyone happen to know which dll that is?

Probably perfproc.dll As you click on them the check box will indicate
whether it's enabled or not.
