procedure entry point

when i open xp i keep getting a dialog box saying that " the procedure entry point GetIUMS cannot be located in the dynamic link library Msdart.dll ". I have tried microsoft website for answers and also reinstalled xp all to no avail, any ideas would be gratefully recieved

I have 2 versions of msdart.dll on my system - one of them was updated by a service pack. My current version
is 2.71.9042.0 built by: Lab06_N(_sqlbld). It looks like you have some software that requires the latest
version of this dll, but reinstalling XP has overwritten it with the old version. Email me for my version if
you cannot get it anywhere else. Regards,
