procedure entry poin eroor

getting mseege on reboot " procedure entry point_stopT@0
could not locate in the dynamics link library
regsrv32.dll. Any ideas on getting this fixed?
 
I have the same problem since two weeks ago, and never got fixed. Do you have the cure now? Is it cause by virus?
