problems

we are getting a message on our computer screen which says runtime error
r6025 pure virtual function call and we dont know what that means. Also we
still can't get open our e-mail attachments up. we get a message invalid
syntax error and we have gone into tools and made the necessary changes but
they still wont open. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
