Problems

HELP!!!
I am having problems with Outlook Express:
1 It is duplicating all my mail and sending the same
thing to me again and again in triplicate/

2 After being on line for about 10 mins, an automatic
shutdown occurs.
I wold appreciate any help anyone can give me to get rid
of this problem.
A reply at the Yahoo address would be the most helpful
way.
Note: An Idiot's guide "how to" is necessary in my case.
