Problems with XP Startup HELP!!!!!

Server on small network running Win XP Pro, popped up a
virtual memory error and locked up. Upon restart, it
locks up and eventually restarts itself at the mup.sys
file, viewed booting in safe mode. I need to get this
computer up and running soon without formatting the os if
possible. Any help would be appreciated.

look at the USB Card.Remove and retry.
