Problems with winlogon after worm cleaning.

After I clean up my computer from the worm, sometimes the
computer began to work slower as the time pass, and when I
check that the Winlogon process use more than 34,000kb
intead of 500kb that normaly use.

What can make that problem?
How can I fix thios problem?
