Problems With Win XP home after Norton Antivirus update

After Norton AntiVirus 2002 update,
while Norton Internet Security is activated and I'm trying to chech new
updates via Live Update function in Norton Antivirus aplication error
message appeares:
"AppName: iamapp.exe AppVer: 4.0.3.104 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106 Offset: 0001650d"
If Norton Internet Security not activated no any problems during Live
Update, please clarify the problem! I have Win XP home + SP 1 installed.

Why haven't you checked with the Norton site or Norton support
