Problems with the "Run" Options

Hey guys, I've been having a problem ever since I installed Service Pack 2
for Windows XP Professional. After installing it, I noticed that I could not
type in "msconfig" into Run, and have it open up the msconfig program.
Instead, what I have to do is find the whole entire .exe location, and copy
that into Run, and then it will run the program. This also happened with the
Help & Support option as well, I would click on the icon, and it would tell
me it could not find the program.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
