Problems with the computer freezing...

A friend of mine has limited my computer problems to either the keyboard or
the mouse. I have a Logitech Nav Keyboard and a Logitech optical mouse. The
Keyboard has an adapter that allows it to be plugged in normally as opposed
to in the USB socket. Also, there are conflicts... Here is what the log
reads...

IRQ 11 - Nvidia Riva TNT2 Model 64
IRQ 11 - HCF 56K PCI Modem
IRQ 11 - VIA USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 11 - VIA USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 10 - SiS 7001 PCI to USB Open Host Controller
IRQ 10 - SiS 7001 PCI to USB Open Host Controller
IRQ 10 - C-Media AC97 Audio Device
IRQ 10 - SiS 900 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
IRQ 10 - VIA PCI to USB Enhanced Host Controller

The computer freezer regarding my media files and often causes me to
restart. I don't understand why it does this. I have a cleaned computer and
no outside problems. Also, this computer jsut went through an amazing stress
test. So that means that it's not the tower.

If anyone can help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

Does the system consistently freeze when you do something specific such as
running Windows Media Player? How long is the system up when it freezes?
Windows XP allows interrupt sharing, so the fact that multiple devices share
an interrupt is not necessarily indicative of a problem. Try using Msconfig
(as detailed in Knowledge Base article 310560 How to troubleshoot by using
the System Configuration utility in Windows
(http://support.microsoft.com/?id=310560)) to try and identify a process
that may be conflicting and causing the hang.
