problems with some windows not closing when i click multiple times close

i get a problem of not all windows closing after i
open it to edit id's and things while chatting , and
the window will only minimize down and won't close
completely , i do not know what causes this
problem ?

This isn't enough information to get a good answer. First, scan with
your current antivirus using updated definitions. When you are sure the
machine is clean, post back with details such as what programs are
causing you the difficulty.
