When I click on a window, it may resize, or minimize, (never close), or when
I touch a slider toggle, (i.e. on the right side of my Inbox Microsoft
Outlook for example), the Outlook window will minimize, I may try to close an
IE window, by clicking the RED X button, but the window will actually
restore, so I will maximize it, try to close it again, it will minimize, this
may happen 5 times before it eventually closes.
N.B. The windows never close inadvertently unless I close them though.
Maximizing, minimizing, restoring or clicking on a window had never made the
window close down.
I thought this problem was related to a pop up, but apparently I need to
'repair windows XP'. I dont have a Windows XP Disc, although I got the laptop
new 6 months ago.
The link to the all the details, and how the pop up was removed it here:

On the second page, (PHEW), I was told by Nasdaq to visit the fllowing site
but it looks pretty heavy stuff!

Any ideas would be extremely well received!
