Problems with rscmpt.exe process on some TS clients

I have a W2K server running Terminal Services clients use
W98 and everything is properly set. Sometimes with some
clients the "rscmpt.exe" process puts the processor at
100% and makes the server to slowdown for the rest of the
clients. We have checked the client computer against
viruses an this is not the problem, we have searched MS KB
for this matter but found nothing.

Any help please?
