Problems with popup windows after installing googleearth

After several times having installed, moved, and reinstalled GoogleEarth I
cannot get rid of at popup window with GoogleEarth´s enduser license telling
me, that there is no connecting to The Internet. But the Internet as well as
Google Earth run well, so that is nonsens.
I have Vista on the computer. On the old computer with XP, there were no
problems of that kind.
How can I get rid of the irritating popup window.
