Problems with .PHP

I'm trying to use a php file in frontpage 2000 and can't seem to get it to
work.
I've tired using the include function "<?php include("sgrabber.php3"); ?>"
but it doesn't seem to do anything. The above is exactly what it shows on the
webpage

Are you testing the page against a web server (http://www.yourdomain.com/pagename.php) that support
PHP?

PHP like ASP is a server-side script and requires a server to process the page before it is
displayed in a browser.
