Problems with password

I am not sure about the problem context. I have a DCOM
Server. When I tried to execute the client after
registering the server on the client machine, I
get "General access faliure" message. I tried this on 3
different machines with the same error. After that I
removed the Administrator password from both the machines
and it worked fine. I want to know why it happened.
