Problems with Outlook help

I accidentally used MS Outlook help to "detect and repair" and I accidentally
checked both boxes to restore shortcuts and discard customized settings to
default settings. What are my options? I did not have restore set on my
computer since it has caused problems with some programs in the past. Are all
my past e-mails gone? If not, what can I do?

I'm desperate.

HI Bill,
you have to search your *.pst File, default path is C:\Documents and
Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
After that you have to open it in outlook
FILE | OPEN | DATAFILE
