Restore Outlook 03 to before repair

I was having problems with a McAfee Spam add-in. A dialog box said that I
needed to select Help, Detect/Repair. I did that but did not check the
RESTORE box, now all of my previous e-mail is gone. Is there any way to
restore my Outlook back to before I did the detect/repair?
