Problems with outlook express

Lately, my outlook express is not working. I keep getting
the error code 0x800c0131. It says I have an unknown
error on 'mail.comcast.net', protocol pop3, port 110,
secure(ssl):no, error number 0x800c0131.

If anyone can tell me how to fix his I would be grateful.
