HELP!

We've been having this problem for 2days now & we can not
send emails. We now have 8 emails on the outbox.
The complete error message is:
An unknown error has occurred, Protocol:SMTP, Port:0,
Secure (SSL) No, Error Number 0x800C0131

Thanks.

Are you using outlook or outlook express?

if express, try this:

Search for Folders.dbx and rename it to folders.old and restart outlook
express. The file may be in a hidden folder, so use the advanced search
option to search hidden files and folders too.

No idea, that's the only fix I'm aware of. See if there is anything at
tomsterdam.com or post in the outlook express newsgroups. This group is for
Outlook and we can only answer the really easy OE questions here.

The web link to the OE newsgroup is horribly long... <g>
