sending mail from Inbox - ERROR

Whenever I try to send mail while in the Inbox, I get this
error :
An unknown error has occurred. Protocol: SMTP, Port: 0,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0131

I need to view the Outbox, then click Send/Recv to send
the mail.

Any idea's?

Port 0 is really weird as its typically 25, I would probably make sure I had
the account information and then remove and re-add the account as a first
step.
