I work Help Desk at a university and have run across a problem that I am
perplexed. A student has brought her machine in three times for problems
with Outlook 2007. It usually involves the program not opening. I've run
scanpst.exe to fix the problem each time. The last time she brought it in
(February) she was also getting duplicate messages in her Inbox.
The user has her own business and I believe uses an Exchange account. I do
not know if that has any bearing on the situation. In any case, I'd
appreciate if someone would please shed some light on what might be causing
the problems with Outlook to keep recurring. Thank you.
