Problems with logging into windows XP Professional ( user access )

I have went in to user accounts and deleted my account to
get the computer to stop coming up with the user log on
screen, well i have successfully locked myself out of my
computer HELP...........

Ain't it wonderful when your own computer develops an allergy to you?

Use the Admin log in. If you don't have an admin log then you may be looking
at a re-install. You can also try the boot console.
