problems with latest Windows XP update.

I just installed the latest windows XP update and it
caused the following problems:

1.) Swapped my hard-drive names (d: <-> g:)

2.) Created three new bogus drives (h:, i:, j:)

3.) Forced me to redo the product-activation.


I was unable to find bug-report form on the Microsoft
website. Could someone give me a way to inform Microsoft
of this problem?

I do hope you didn't install a "update" send to you via email and claiming
to be from MS. This is a well known virus hoax...
