Problems with Junk Email

I have 16 offsite users who use laptops to email corporate. I am having a
problem with one offsite user. Every time they email corporate, their email
goes directly into Junk Mail. It doesn't matter who they are emailing at
corporate (we have approximately 110 users). I don't understand why this is
happening since they have the same domain and they are a legitimate user
within Active Directory. Could someone please explain.

Thanks.

There must be something in your message "rules" that's
preventing their messages from coming through. Have you
checked all of them?

Many users don't use the rules feature within Outlook. It appears the only
way to work around it is by adding the user to the safe list. I really don't
want to have to do this for all 110 users throughout corporate.

One other thing, by default, the checkbox next to "Also trust emails from my
Contacts" is enabled for all users. This specific user is in our global
contacts list. So, I don't just don't get it.
