Problems with installing 2nd Network interface card

Hello,

I'm trying to install a 2nd network interface card on my
W2000 system..
I tried lots of drivers but nothing worked. The problem is
always the same.

"This device is not working properly because Windows
cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code
31)"

has anyone a good idea ???

Try a different card?

What card is this? (Is is PCI or Plug N Play?)

"Lots of drivers"? Where did you get them? How about the ones that
came with the Device? Does the manufacture support Win2000?
