problems with harddrive i thinkl

i am hoping you can help me. my computer is popping up a
message saying that i am having problems with my
explore.exe and that i will need to reinstall this
program.i do not have a copy of this program because it
was installed when i got the computer as a christmas gift.
i am in hopes that you or someone can help me. i am in
hopes to hear back from you a.s.a.p. as my computer closes
a window when i am on it because of this problem.

You should have the install/repair CD that came with the computer.
