problems with games

I downloaded a game from exeem and its name is need for speed underground 2
and my computer is window xp2002 and I do not now what program to play it in
and the version is direct x 9.0
 
Did you then install the game after you downloaded it? Downloading is not
installing.
 
The NFSU2 demo will them have to be installed onto you Windows.

However, if you downloaded the FULL game, then you are out of luck. Only
the "pirate" who posted that download can help you.
