problems with firewall and other settings

Hi, recently installed a program called spybot to
eliminate pop up ads etc. Since then I have had trouble
accessing some sites, such as my bank's log in page and
yahoo chat (problem starting chat applet) as well as a
few others.
I also cannot view any webcams cos I have a firewall
installed on my computer.

Can someone please help me with these issues?

In spybot, go into the immunize section and uninstall the browser blocker.
You dont say what firewall, but try using zone alarm(www.zonelabs.com). It
will ask you if you want to grant web cams access and open the correct ports
for you. In the xp firewall you'd probably have to open the ports manually.
