problems with control alt delete

my control alt delete is not working whens i press control alt delete m
task window won't appear if any of ya'll know what is wrong with i
please send me an email

To start Task Manager:

Ctrl + Alt + Delete
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
Right click the Taskbar | Task Manager
Start | Run | Type: taskmgr | OK
