Problems with autoarchive - Outlook 2003

I am problem with of the action autoarchive of Outlook 2003. I am not
obtaining delete the old ones to callendar. It simply return and does not
file and nor delete. I am needing very that help, because I am 60 days trying
to decide this trouble. Somebody knows of something to decide this problem?

Service Pack 2 was installed but it's not work.

It uses the last modified date when archiving, not the received date, os add
the modified date field to the view and verify it's not more recent than the
archive period.
