problems with ActiveX in Ie6 XPSP2

Hello,

I have a very strange problem.
Some activex controls refuses to work
For example, office update is not working.

When I load page for updates, dialog appears asking me will I accept
software instalation.
After I accept, I get a page saying that I have problem with it and that I
should see the information bar warning me about activex control trying to
install.
But there's no information bar at all.

I tried to reinstall SP2, but same thing.

Windows update is working normally, but office update no.
One more thing that is not working is web client for remote desktop.

I tried deleting cache, including all downloaded content, tryed on google,
technet etc, but no luck

Check for the info bar right beneath your bottom toolbar. You may need to
accept the activex download, which will force the page to refresh, starting
the process all over again.
