Problems using PS/2 Mouse to PC that used USB mouse.

I recently purchased a wireless Logitech mouse and
keyboard for my Windows 2000 PC. I was using a regular
wired PS/2 keyboard with a USB mouse. When I tried to
hook up my new wireless keyboard & Mouse the keyboard
worked great but I could get the mouse to connect. I
tried hooking up a regular wired PS/2 mouse and it didn't
work either!! I tried setting up the wireless K&M on a
second machine that was using a PS/2 mouse before and both
K&M worked great! I noticed however that when I tried
setting it up on a third PC that had a USB mouse before,
it could not detect the new PS/2 mouse. It seems like the
PS/2 mouse support was turned off and the PC only looks
for a USB mouse. I'm almost positive that I've set up the
Keyboard and mouse correctly I just can't get the PS/2
mouse to work!! Please help!

There is one other place that needs to be checked. In
bios setup, is the PS/2 mouse setting enabled?
